Joshua A. Druck concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on resolving insurance coverage disputes. He has significant experience litigating environmental and asbestos coverage matters in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Joshua also handles a wide range of wage and hour, employment, and professional liability insurance matters.
In addition to his insurance and employment law work, Joshua represents clients in business disputes, contract and partnership disputes, real estate litigation and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises employers and businesses on compliance, risk management and dispute resolution, and has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of business agreements.
Joshua received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2006. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the federal courts for both states.
